Hvilke data behandler appen?

Pollental beder om adgang til din omtrentlige placering (ikke præcis placering) for automatisk at vælge den nærmeste pollenmålestation — København eller Viborg. Din placering behandles udelukkende på din enhed og sendes aldrig til en server eller en tredjepart.

Hvis du afviser placeringstilladelsen, fungerer appen stadig — du vælger blot manuelt mellem stationerne.

Hvilke data sendes til serveren?

Appen henter pollendata fra pollen.jakeobsen.com via almindelige HTTPS-anmodninger. Som med enhver web-anmodning behandles din IP-adresse, tidspunkt for anmodningen og hvilken endpoint du tilgår. Disse oplysninger bruges udelukkende til driftsformål (cache, fejlsøgning, sikkerhed) og bliver ikke delt, solgt eller knyttet til din identitet.

Tredjepart: Cloudflare

Endpointet pollen.jakeobsen.com leveres gennem Cloudflare, der fungerer som CDN, edge-proxy og sikkerhedslag. Cloudflare behandler din IP-adresse og anmodningsmetadata på vores vegne for at:

• Cache og levere indhold fra deres edge-netværk
• Beskytte mod misbrug, bots og DDoS-angreb
• Generere aggregeret, anonymiseret trafikstatistik

Cloudflares behandling er underlagt deres egen privatlivspolitik: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Hvilke data lagres i appen?

Appen selv lagrer ingen persondata. Der er ingen konti, ingen indbygget analytics-SDK, ingen reklame-trackere og ingen tredjepartsbiblioteker i appen, der indsamler data.

Børn

Pollental henvender sig ikke specifikt til børn under 13 år og indsamler ikke bevidst data om dem.

What data does the app process?

Pollental requests access to your approximate location (not precise location) to automatically select the nearest pollen measurement station — Copenhagen or Viborg. Your location is processed on your device only and is never transmitted to a server or third party.

If you decline the location permission the app still works — you simply pick a station manually.

What data is sent to the server?

The app fetches pollen data from pollen.jakeobsen.com via standard HTTPS requests. As with any web request, your IP address, request timestamp, and the endpoint accessed are processed. This information is used solely for operational purposes (caching, debugging, security) and is not shared, sold, or linked to your identity.

Third party: Cloudflare

The pollen.jakeobsen.com endpoint is served through Cloudflare, acting as our CDN, edge proxy, and security layer. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata on our behalf to:

• Cache and deliver content from their edge network
• Protect against abuse, bots, and DDoS attacks
• Produce aggregated, anonymous traffic analytics

Cloudflare's processing is governed by their own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

What data is stored in the app?

The app itself stores no personal data. There are no accounts, no embedded analytics SDK, no advertising trackers, and no third-party libraries in the app that collect data.

Children

Pollental is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
